Thank you for shopping at Furrly. We deliver happy tails across Dehradun and ship selected products to customers across India. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on Furrly.in, delivery timeframes, charges, tracking, and exceptions.
 

1. Processing Time

  • Order confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email / WhatsApp message with your order number and summary.

  • Order processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.


2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

A. Same-Day Delivery — Dehradun

  • Available for customers located within our Dehradun delivery zones.

  • Cutoff time: Orders placed and confirmed before 2:30 PM IST (payment successful) are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next business day.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and traffic; typical same-day deliveries complete within 3–6 hours of dispatch.

B. Standard Delivery — Pan-India

  • We ship to most pincodes across India.

  • Typical delivery time:

    • Metro / Major cities: 2–5 business days

    • Tier-2 / Tier-3 towns: 4–8 business days

  • Delivery time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier partner delays.

C. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not support international shipping. If you need international fulfillment, contact support and we’ll advise options.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Same-Day Dehradun: A flat fee of ₹60–₹120 depending on zone and order value (free above a minimum cart value - if you offer free delivery, specify threshold here).

  • Pan-India Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and courier rates. You will see the shipping charge before payment.

  • COD fee: If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional COD charge of ₹40 applies for Dehradun and ₹60 for pan-India COD orders (if offered).

Promotions: Occasionally, we offer free delivery or reduced rates as part of promotions. Discounts will be applied at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details (courier name + tracking ID) via email / WhatsApp / SMS.

  • For same-day orders in Dehradun, you’ll receive an approximate delivery time window and the delivery executive’s contact number where available.


5. Packaging

  • We pack all items securely using quality packaging to protect products during transit.

  • For fragile items, we use additional padding and secure sealing.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please follow the “Damaged or Wrong Item” steps below.


6. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery: support@furrly.in or call +91-8171086073

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the delivered item (including packaging), and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 working hours with the next steps.

  4. If eligible, we will arrange a replacement, return, or refund as per our Return & Replacement Policy.


7. Returns & Replacements (Store Products)

  • Return window: Requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/wrong/manufacturing-defect items.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Consumables (treats, opened grooming products, customized items) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

  • Process: Contact support with order details and photos. We’ll arrange return pickup and process replacement or refund once the item is inspected.

  • Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item and complete inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


8. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • If the courier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to re-schedule delivery.

  • Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges if the original delivery failed due to incorrect address or if the customer requests re-dispatch.


9. Cancellation Policy (Store Orders)

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact support immediately.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery (subject to return eligibility).


10. Shipment Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the timelines above, external factors like courier capacity, weather conditions, strikes, and public holidays may cause delays.

  • If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll track it actively with our courier partners.


11. Bulk Orders & Corporate Deliveries

  • For bulk purchases, event supplies, or corporate gifting, email sales@furrly.in with details (items, quantities, delivery dates). We offer special pricing and logistics support for bulk opportunities.
