This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled for Pet Upload Fees, Vote Purchases, and Store Orders placed on our platform.

By using Furrly.in, you agree to the terms below.


1. Pet Upload Fee (Contest Entry Platform Fee)

All pet uploads / contest entry fees are non-refundable.

Once a user uploads a pet and pays the entry fee, the amount cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

This is because the pet is immediately added to the contest queue for the upcoming monthly contest and cannot be removed or reallocated.


2. Vote Purchases
 

Votes purchased on Furrly are issued as digital credits and can be used to vote for any pet available on the platform.

Important Conditions:
All vote purchases are non-refundable.

Votes are considered a digital consumable, and once credited to the user’s account, we cannot reverse or cancel the transaction.

Votes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash.

If votes are not used during the ongoing contest, they may be carried forward to the next contest (unless stated otherwise for special campaigns).

3. Exception (Payment Failure / Double Charge):

If a user is charged but votes are not added due to technical issues:

Users can email us at contact@furrly.in with payment proof, and

Our team will verify and credit the votes or refund the duplicate payment within 5–7 working days.


4. Furrly Store – Product Purchases (E-Commerce Section)

We offer physical pet products such as collars, toys, clothing, and grooming items.

4.1 Order Cancellation
Users can cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting us at:

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

4.2 Return & Replacement Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Product damaged on arrival

Manufacturing defect

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Product must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

We will offer either replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges).

4.3 Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene & safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Pet treats / edible products

Grooming products (shampoo, brushes, wipes)

Customized products (ID tags, personalized items)

Opened or used items


5. Payment Failure / Transaction Errors

If payment is deducted but you did not receive:

Upload confirmation

Vote credits

Store order confirmation
